At FlyInTunnel, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Costs

For standard shipping, fees depend on the value and destination of your order. Orders over $100 within eligible regions qualify for free standard shipping on FlyInTunnel’s own-branded products. Shipping charges apply for orders under $100, select products from other brands, and all battery items.

Battery Shipping

Due to carrier regulations, batteries may ship separately from other products in your order. Additional shipping fees apply to batteries, and they may incur longer shipping times.

Remote Regions

Free shipping is not available to certain remote countries or regions, including but not limited to Albania, Algeria, Afghanistan, Argentina, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, and Paraguay. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote destinations, as calculated at checkout.

Customs & Tax Numbers

For some shipping methods, a tax identification number may be required. Orders to business addresses within the EU, Northern Ireland, Switzerland, and select countries (e.g., Brazil, South Korea, Indonesia) must include an EORI or equivalent tax number to ensure customs clearance.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders ship within three business days once payment is confirmed. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. In cases of high order volume or stock limitations, orders may be delayed; you will be notified via email if extended delays occur.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 15–40 business days
  • Express Shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx): Estimated 3–10 business days

Battery Shipping Considerations

Please note that battery-only orders cannot be shipped via express methods (DHL, FedEx) due to shipping restrictions. Orders containing a drone with batteries may result in batteries shipping separately.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

FlyInTunnel is not responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs office for details on possible charges.

FlyInTunnel accepts secure payments via PayPal (more payment methods will be added).

Address Changes

Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. FlyInTunnel cannot modify addresses after an order has shipped. If an address error occurs, any additional fees for re-shipping may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

For any incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 15 business days. We do not accept liability for damages reported after this period.

Delivery Issues

  • FlyInTunnel is not responsible for any customs and duties fees for international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@flyintunnel.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
